MS CEC Save the Date for the Annual Conference

On behalf of the Mississippi Council for Exceptional Children, we would like to invite you to submit a request to present at our Fall Conference.  We are excited to be hosting our Fall conference in-person at the Natchez Convention Center, Natchez, MS on September 22-24, 2025.  

If you are interested in presenting, please click on the link below and complete the form. Please note, each presentation is expected to be 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Presentation proposals ideas may be panel discussion, traditional presentation, make-and-take, simulation/role play, strategy lab/rotation station, collaborative case study/problem-solving, mini-workshop, roundtable peer-to-peer learning, tech playground/app exploration. Please consider submitting proposals for areas that support the following:   Instruction & Inclusion

On behalf of the Mississippi Council for Exceptional Children, MS CEC would like to invite you to participant in our Fall Conference as a sponsor or an exhibitor.  This will be a great time for you to visit with administrators and teachers as they are determining how to enhance instruction in their classrooms. 

There are a limited number of sponsor spots for all levels of sponsorship.  These will be selected on first come first serve basis.

  • $200 for individuals 
  • $60 University Students
  • If three or more participants from 1 school district register, each registration will be $150. (Purchase orders must be sent to NMEC on or before May 15th to take advantage of this discount)

Standard Registration: May 15, 2025-July 15, 2025

  • $250 for individuals 
  • $75 University Students

Late Registration: After July 15, 2025

  • $300 for individuals
